Delivery Information

Our crochet products are hand made by professionals who have learned the techniques of stich throw generational knowledge as well as modern education. Each crochet doll has the spirit and soul of Mallory's Friends Characters but may be slightly different than the original dolls made by Mallory herself. These dolls take a long time to be produced globally and equally take time to be transported to our amazing customers. We appreciate your patience and understanding in waiting to receive your Mallory friend's character. We plan to produce and ship your child's friend to them as soon as possible.

in stock dolls should arrive post order 15-30 days post order.

Pre order dolls should take between 45-90 days to arrive.

Reserve your friend orders will allow your interest in a particular character to be logged. We will notify you once this character begins to go into production to allow you the opportunity to pre order that doll.

Given the 100% handmade nature of our crochet dolls, we ask you to understand there is limited capabilities for us to produce as many dolls as are demanded. We promise to strive to allow more friends find safe, happy and fun homes.
