100% HANDMADE CROCHET DOLL POLICY:
Given that the crochet dolls are handmade with love in multiple locations by various talented crochet doll makers, each doll may have some slight variation to the pictures of the dolls on our website. These slight variations are what make the Mallory’s Friends dolls so unique as no one doll is the same worldwide. We strive for excellence and consistency and our goal is to produce each doll as close to the original ones made by Mallory, we recognize that this is not possible. We ask that you recognize that slight differences will not be considered as faulty products and or a reason to return a doll or request a refund/replacement. Handmade crochet will have slight variations from each artisan but that is what makes a doll so special to each individual child. Its their very own!
FULFILLMENT POLICIES:
Refund policy:
In the following circumstances customers can receive a refund. We sent you the wrong doll. The doll arrived in a condition beyond repair. In those situations, and excluding others we will fully refund the value of your order and or replace the item. We ask that you help us by sending the originally received product to Mallorys Friends Corrective Action at 2 Falcon dr. Mandeville LA 70471. This will enable our team to evaluate and take corrective actions to improve overall quality of our dolls.
Type of Order Policy:
Order: Dolls are either in stock or en-route to our warehouse and should be delivered within 5-10 days.
Pre-Order: Dolls are currently being produced here or abroad. Orders should be delivered within 40-70 days.
Reserve a Friend: A waiting list for new and upcoming dolls. By reserving a friend you get will get to purchase a doll before the hard crochet work begins. In order to Reserve a Friend payment is necessary to reserve the doll of your choice. Once the order has moved to pre-order status we will inform you immediately. Delivery Policy:
Mallorys Friends LLC strives to deliver your products sooner than estimated times. We apologize in advance in cases where we do not meet your expectations.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY:
Returns which do not fall under our REFUND POLICY are not granted at this time as our products are made 100% by hand. Please see our 100% HANDMADE CROCHET DOLL POLICY for more information.
In the event where a customer has ordered the wrong doll and not opened the original packaging of the doll (BOX). The customer will be able to EXCHANGE the product by shipping the incorrectly ordered doll to our location ( Mallorys Friends Corrective Action at 2 Falcon dr. Mandeville LA 70471). Shipping to be paid by the customer. Mallorys Friends will send a replacement to that customer with the correct doll. Please bear in mind that shipment times may vary depending on the amount of stock and amount of dolls in production/shipping stages. Outside of this scenario, described herein returns are prohibited given the time and nature of producing each of these handmade dolls.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
We are very sorry but at this time we are not allowing cancellations as our products are made by hand and once a doll is started we must finish them. We can consider an exchange. Please see our return and exchange policy.
CURRENCY POLICY:
We are only accepting United States of America Dollars (USD) at this time.
We sell to United States of America as well as most international countries.
We accept all major Credit Cards (Visa, Discover, Mastercard, American Express). We accept all debit cards from US and many foreign banking institutions.
